CABARROGUIS, Quirino: Four towns in Quirino Province with 650 direct beneficiaries from 29 villages will be the agribusiness partners as the $9.5-million (P475-million) food processing and cattle breeding centers were turned over from the Korean International Cooperation Agency (Koica) of South Korea in ceremonies at the capitol on Thursday, June 1.

South Korean leaders formally turned over the Quirino for Livelihood for Everyone (Q-Life) Processing Center to the provincial government situated in this town and at the Quirino Cattle Breeding Center in Aglipay town.
