Jomoo Philippines, through its exclusive distributor Max-i-mum, established key partnerships in the country. The first one was with ESC Development & Management Corporation — the owner of Puerto de San Juan Beach Residences in La Union. The goal is to establish an exquisite, elegant, yet sustainable and environment-friendly home for tourists in the country's surfing capital.

The second contract involves partnership with Mariposa Mews, a real estate developer company that specializes in green and sustainable construction. With its current development site in north of Greenhills, Mariposa Mews uses for its materials the eco-friendly Autoclaved Aerated Concrete, mainly made of recycled materials, instead of using the traditional hollow blocks in order to minimize the use of cement and water, thereby reducing carbon emission by fifty percent. Moreover, its building practice mainly focuses on mitigating and avoiding environmental harm by ensuring fresh air filtration and eco-friendly insulation, non-use of volatile organic compounds (VOC) to eliminate harmful chemicals in the construction materials, as well as the application low impact of air conditioning.
