A KOREAN fugitive who passed himself off as a Filipino in an attempt to flee the country did not pass the scrutiny of immigration officers at the Clark International Airport in Angeles City, Pampanga.
Immigration Commissioner Norman Tansingco said over the weekend that Na Ikhyeon, 26, was stopped before he could board his Cebu Pacific Airways flight to Hong Kong.
