SEC approves Petron preferred share offer

THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved Petron Corp.'s shelf registration of up to 50 million preferred shares.

The commission en banc, in a meeting on June 1, 2023, resolved to render effective Petron's registration statement covering its Series 4 preferred shares, subject to the company's compliance with certain remaining requirements.
