THE Philippines has launched two new locally built and developed cube satellites to the International Space Station on Monday evening aboard a Falcon 9 rocket in Cape Canaveral, Florida.

The Maya-5 and Maya-6 CubeSats were launched at 11:47 p.m. Philippine Time as part of SpaceX's 28th commercial resupply mission.
