STATE-RUN Land Bank of the Philippines on Friday said that Fitch Ratings' having upgraded its outlook to stable from negative was a vote of confidence in its financial stability and resilience.

Fitch, in a report published on May 30, also affirmed the bank's long-term issuer default ratings at "BBB" or investment grade, and government support rating at "bbb."
