THE Philippine Red Cross and the Professional Regulations Commission signed a memorandum of agreement to jointly organize bloodletting drives for the next 10 years.
The agreement was signed by Red Cross Secretary-General Gwendolyn Pang and Professional Regulations Commissioner Erwin Enad during the commission's 50th anniversary celebration.
