WITH the southwest monsoon or "habagat starting to weaken, generally fair weather is expected in the entire archipelago in the coming days, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Friday.
According to weather specialist Benison Estareja, the effect of Typhoon "Khanun" ("Falcon"), which has been away from the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) for days, is also waning.
