Dear PAO,
I recently graduated from college and am now looking for possible employment. I was interviewed by one company that liked me and offered me a job. While I was reviewing the contract, there was a provision stating that the company may terminate me for any cause as long as I am notified 15 days prior to the intended date of termination. I inquired about it with the Human Resource representative who told me that it was a standard provision included by their US counterparts. I searched about it, and it seems that this is what is called "fire-at-will" employment. Will this be valid in the Philippines?
