Some roads and bridges in Cagayan province are no longer passable because of floods spawned by Super Typhoon Goring, officials said Sunday.
Based on the monitoring of the Cagayan Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, among the areas that are impassable due to flooding are the Abariongan Ruar-Abariongan Uneg Road and Tamuco-Balagan-Abaruangan Ruar in the town of Santo Niño.
