National Master Carlo Magno Rosaupan of Trece Martires City reigned supreme in the blitz chess tournament over the weekend in General Trias City, Cavite.
Rosaupan, a member of the multi-titled Philippine Army chess team, scored 6.0 points in seven rounds and pocketed P1,500 for topping the 3 minutes plus 2 seconds increment time control tournament organized by Kevin Cantela.
