In a disclosure on Tuesday, Greenergy said that its board, in a meeting held the previous day, approved the subscription to 480 million shares out of the proposed increase in the authorized capital stock of Winsun Green to P500 million from the current P20 million, with a par value of P1.00 per share.
The increase will have to be approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
