FINANCE Secretary Benjamin Diokno on Tuesday criticized proposals to suspend value-added and excise taxes on fuel as a means to address surging pump prices, saying these would lead to substantial revenue losses for the government.
"We recognize public sentiment to address the elevated fuel prices," Diokno said in a statement.
