STABLE, well-paid jobs and access to affordable and long-term psychosocial counseling are the top reintegration support programs returning migrants in the Southeast Asian region need most, a recent study showed.
Using a Feminist Participatory Action Research methodology, a research study conducted by the Global Alliance Against Traffic in Women (GAATW) showed that the reintegration support for returning migrants varies from one country to another and is "generally insufficient."
