SAN RAFAEL, Bulacan: Secretary Antonio Lagdameo Jr. of the Office of the Special Assistant to the President, Japanese Ambassador Kazuhiko Kashikawa, and Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Manuel Bonoan led the inauguration ceremony of the 7.7-km widened portion of the Plaridel Bypass Road in Bulacan on Monday.
The two new westbound lanes of the Japan-assisted Arterial Bypass Road Project were officially opened to motorists on October 9. It will reduce the travel time from Balagtas to San Rafael in Bulacan from one hour to just 24 minutes.
