LISTED sugar milling firm Central Azucarera de Tarlac said Wednesday that its board of directors had greenlit the proposed sale by a subsidiary of a 200-hectare property to Aboitiz-led Lima Land Inc.
In a disclosure, Central Azucarera said that wholly owned unit Luisita Land Corp. was selling the property, located in Tarlac City, but clarified that the transaction was still subject to closing conditions.
