BOULEVARD Holdings Inc. (BHI) said Tuesday that its subsidiary Friday's Holdings Inc. had signed a licensing agreement with Radisson Hotels Asia Pacific Investments Pte. Ltd. for the marketing of Friday's Boracay Beach Resort.

BHI said its affiliate, which owns and operates the facility, will promote the resort as a property under the "Radisson Collection" brand.
