To celebrate the National Children's Month, the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) organizes "Himig Himbing: Isang Araw Para sa Mga Batang Sining," a whole-day art-filled, child-friendly event, happening today at the Tanghalang Ignacio B. Gimenez (CCP Blackbox Theater).
