(UPDATE) PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has appointed a new general manager (GM), and a fresh set of board members for the Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA), the infrastructure development agency focused on reclamation projects in the country.
Cesar Siador Jr., a chemical engineer, was designated by the President as general manager and chief executive officer of the PRA, according to the Presidential Communications Office.
