TOKYO: President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Sunday said the planned reciprocal access agreement (RAA) between the Philippines and Japan will greatly promote peace and improve regional security.
The President stressed the "extreme significance" of RAA with Japan during his bilateral meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida on the sidelines of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations-Japan Commemorative Summit in Tokyo.
