Choose from Singaporean Crab (succulent crabs in sweet, salty and chili-hot tomato sauce served with eggs), Soy Ginger Grouper (steamed lapulapu in ginger and scallion soy sauce), Roasted Hainanese Chicken (slow roasted whole spring chicken marinated in ginger onions and leeks paste) and Pineapple Fried Rice (stir-fry rice with pineapple bits, capsicum, egg, shrimp and cashew nuts). One tray is good for three to four persons.

For dessert, Chef Andrew Ko highly recommends Café Belmont's fast-selling Bailey's Donuts. These perfectly sized donuts are pillowy soft and glazed with unique local flavors. Delight in sweetness that is not overwhelming but will surely make you crave for more. It is a must to try all four of the signature flavors, specifically Peanut Brittle, Macapuno, Banana Chocnut and Ube. They may be purchased individually or in a box of six.
