JUSTICE Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla has approved the release of 97 persons deprived of liberty (PDLs).
The release of the inmates who have served at least 40 years with time allowances was approved upon the recommendation of Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) Director General Gregorio Pio Catapang Jr.
