PARIS: Air France-KLM on Wednesday said it had lodged two appeals with the European Court of Justice against previous EU legal rulings questioning a pandemic state aid program challenged by rivals.
The appeals contest rulings by the EU General Court in December that said the European Commission "erred" in approving the French government's financial aid for Air France-KLM during the coronavirus pandemic.
