FOLLOWING a successful pilot implementation, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) said on Tuesday it plans to institutionalize its register anywhere program (RAP) next year.
"Because of that success, hopefully, in the next resumption of registration after September 30, we will do the register anywhere program nationwide, not just in capital towns and cities but also the ordinary municipalities and cities," said Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia.
