TROPICAL Depression "Aghon" became the first storm to enter the country on Saturday, breaking a prolonged dry spell with rain that forced the cancellation of ferry trips and stranded hundreds of passengers in affected ports as the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) raised Signal No.1 in affected areas, including Metro Manila.
