MANILA, Philippines — The arrival of former Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo this Thursday from Indonesia has been delayed allegedly due to procedural matters, according to Sen. Raffy Tulfo who is in that country to escort Guo back to the Philippines.

Tulfo, through his office, said that Guo was scheduled to take a chartered flight, RP-C6188, that was originally scheduled to take off from Jakarta at 1:15 p.m. and arrive in Manila at 6:15 p.m.
