MANILA, Philippines — Quezon City 5th District Rep. Patrick Michael Vargas filed his certificate of candidacy (CoC) on Tuesday for reelection.

In a media interview after filing at the Commission on Election's National Capital Region office in San Juan, Vargas said he would continue to care for the elderly as well as provide scholarships if reelected.
