THE Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP), an attached agency of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), is celebrating its 44th anniversary today, Nov. 28, with a strong emphasis on sustainability in the construction sector.
Under the leadership of Trade Acting Secretary and CIAP Chairman Ma. Cristina Roque, Trade Assistant Secretary and CIAP Supervising Head Agaton Uvero, along with CIAP Acting Executive Director Herbert Matienzo and other CIAP officials, the agency is supported by five implementing boards, each with specific functions and scope.
