LEGAZPI CITY — A grieving father has appealed to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. for help to find his missing son named Ralph Anthony Bobiles who is working as deck officer at Panama-flagged vessel Prestige Ace.
Elias Bobiles Jr., 62, a barangay captain of San Roque in Tabaco City, said his son is on board the ship bound for Baltimore, USA, to transport high-end cars.
