MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced road closures near and around the Quirino Grandstand where the Iglesia Ni Cristo's (INC) will hold its national rally for peace on Monday.
In the same light, government work and classes in all levels in Manila and Pasay City on Monday due to the event.
