BACOLOD CITY — The provincial government of Negros Occidental received a flak from some sectors for sending sending some of the Mt. Kanlaon refugees back to their homes.
Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson, however, explained on Thursday that the people who were allowed to go back home are residing outside the 6-kilometer danger zone.
