MANILA, Philippines — Ken Tuffin scored on a putback with 0.7 second left to lift Phoenix to a pulsating 93-91 win over favored Rain or Shine in their PBA Season 49 Commissioner's Cup game on Saturday at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.
The sophomore Tuffin came out of nowhere and scored on what would turn out to be the game-winning shot after Jason Perkins missed his attempt inside the paint.
