MANILA, Philippines — Scattered and isolated rains will be experienced in parts of the country caused by three weather systems, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Thursday.

The state-run agency said, however, that despite the presence of the shear line, northeast monsoon or "amihan" and the easterlies, the country would be storm-free until the weekend.
