A REPORT published this week by a leading global energy trade association has sounded the alarm on the prospects of the world meeting emissions reductions targets over the 25 years, and many of the obstacles described are, unfortunately, quite familiar to us here in the Philippines. Energy policymakers and investment promoters should take heed of the concerns and increase their efforts to create a good environment for sustainable energy development.
