MANILA, Philippines — Manila Electric Company (Meralco) said that parts of Metro Manila, Bulacan, Quezon, Laguna, and Cavite will have power interruptions this week because of maintenance work.

Some areas in Project 8, Quezon City will have no power on March 11 between a.m. and 3 p.m. because of line reconductoring works and replacement of electricity poles.
