CITI has announced a NextGen program in Japan, Asia North and Australia and Asia South targeted at the next generation of leaders across its Markets Sales business in the region.
With close to 100 people who have signed up, NextGen is a mentorship program designed to support Markets Sales VPs and AVPs with their career growth and represents a significant opportunity for employee engagement and professional development.
