SAN JOSE, Occidental Mindoro — The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) recovered another body from the overturned vessel here on Saturday, bringing the total number of confirmed casualties to seven. Four individuals remain missing.
Authorities intensified search and rescue operations to find the other crew members. 14 were rescued from the accident last week.
