RESIDENTS of the EMBO barangay (villages) breathed a collective sigh of relief this week as the Regional Trial Court of Taguig extended a temporary restraining order (TRO), granting the city government of Taguig continued access to vital public facilities previously blocked by the city of Makati.
In a decisive ruling issued on Thursday, Branch 163 Presiding Judge Desiree Gertrude Orquiola-Moldez extended the 72-hour TRO earlier issued by Executive Judge Loralie Cruz Datahan.
