THE Philippines is being considered as a "frontrunner" in addressing climate change and environmental concerns in Southeast Asia, including methane gas emission mitigation.
Ambassador Lee Jang-keun, head of the Mission of the Republic of Korea to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean), brought this up following the launching of the Asean-Korea Cooperation for Methane Mitigation (AKCMM).
