Guests were then served Chef Jessie's signature ciabatta bread, assorted rolls, creamy butter and special dip, followed by a refreshingly crisp Caesar salad topped with shrimp popcorn.
Dessert was equally indulgent — a demitasse of dark chocolate soufflé, accompanied by a smooth crème anglaise, capped off with freshly brewed coffee or tea.
One of the most touching moments of the night came when Chef Jessie personally presented Lulu's birthday cake. As the room filled with the joyous sound of the birthday song, Lulu made a wish and blew out the candles, her face glowing with happiness.
