Lulu Beano celebrated her birthday in elegant style with a delightful and intimate gathering of close friends at Chef Jessie Rockwell Club. The evening was nothing short of spectacular — filled with exquisite food, heartwarming moments and stellar entertainment.
Chef Jessie herself ensured that the evening's culinary experience was unforgettable. The dinner began with a flavorful bacalao appetizer, setting the tone for a luxurious meal. Guests were then served Chef Jessie's signature ciabatta bread, assorted rolls, creamy butter and special dip, followed by a refreshingly crisp Caesar salad topped with shrimp popcorn.
Dessert was equally indulgent — a demitasse of dark chocolate soufflé, accompanied by a smooth crème anglaise, capped off with freshly brewed coffee or tea.
One of the most touching moments of the night came when Chef Jessie personally presented Lulu's birthday cake. As the room filled with the joyous sound of the birthday song, Lulu made a wish and blew out the candles, her face glowing with happiness.
The celebration soared to even greater heights with a spectacular musical performance by Kathryn Manuntag, Raymond Gorospe and Jonathan Badon. Their powerful vocals and engaging stage presence earned thunderous applause from the enchanted audience.
But the biggest surprise of the evening came when George Sarakinis took the stage. To everyone's delight, he channeled Elvis Presley, delivering a rock-and-roll performance complete with signature Elvis moves and vocals. The crowd erupted in cheers, fully entertained by his electric presence.

It was, by all accounts, a joyous and unforgettable evening — a celebration filled with laughter, love and the kind of memories that last a lifetime.
Happy birthday, dear Lulu! May your year be as beautiful, vibrant and joyful as your celebration.
