VANTAGE Energy, the retail electricity supply affiliate of Manila Electric Co. (Meralco), has renewed a power supply partnership with Bounty Plus Inc. for the latter's Luzon facilities.

Vantage will supply the power requirements of Bounty Plus' seven poultry and broiler farms located in Bataan, Tarlac, and Pangasinan.

"As our need for renewable energy continues to grow, Vantage Energy takes active steps to ensure that it is available to us," Bounty Plus Senior Vice President Carl Benedick Chung said.

"This shared commitment to renewable power is a bright spot in this partnership, which we hope will continue for years to come," he added.

Vantage said that its offer of competitive rates would help boost the poultry firm's operational efficiency, performance and market competitiveness while also solidifying its sustainability commitment.
