THE three Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) cadets who allegedly forced two plebes to perform oral sex as acts of punishment were officially dismissed from the academy, according to PNP Director General Oscar Albayalde on Monday.
Albayalde told a press briefing that he would sign the papers, which Senior Supt. Chiquito Malayo, PNPA director, sent to him to finalize the dismissal of the three upperclassmen.
