A total of 321 Quezon City youths are expected to earn gainful employment in the near future as they completed their vocational courses in a graduation ceremony at the QC City Hall main building.
In its 142nd graduation ceremony on September 26, the Quezon City Social Services Development Department (QC SSDD) awarded the graduates their National Certificate II (NC II).
