FIVE children died in a fire that hit Tondo, Manila on Monday, an official of the Bureau of Fire Protection said.
The fatalities were not identified. Initial reports said the children were aged 4, 5, 7 and 12 years old. The fifth fatality was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital.
