4 justices of Court of Appeals on shortlist of candidates for SC

FOUR justices of the Court of Appeals comprise the shortlist of candidates for associate justice at the Supreme Court, according to sources at the Judicial and Bar Council (JBC).

Manuel Barrios, Apolinario Bruselas, Rosmari Carandang and Japar Dimaampao are vying for the position that Samuel Martires vacated when he retired early this year.
