FOUR senators on Wednesday called for the immediate suspension of a traffic scheme that would ban “driver-only vehicles” on EDSA during the rush hour because there was no consultation and violated people’s right to due process.

Senate President Vicente Sotto 3rd, Senate President Pro Tempore Ralph Recto,  Senate Majority Leader Juan Miguel “Migz” Zubiri and Senate Minority Leader Franklin Drilon filed Senate Resolution 845 urging the immediate recall of the High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) policy.
