FIVE justices of the Supreme Court are in the Judicial and Bar Council’s (JBC) shortlist of nominees for the position of top magistrate from which President Rodrigo is expected to choose the successor to retired Teresita Leonardo de Castro.
Four of the five are senior justices, the JBC said after meeting on Friday.
