BACOLOD CITY: The fate of 844 casual employees hangs in spite assurance of Negros Occidental Governor-elect Eugenio Jose Lacson that there would be no major shake-up in the provincial capitol and the department heads shall keep their posts.

Lacson said aside from the staff of the Office of the Governor, he would only appoint the provincial administrator, provincial legal officer, executive assistants and consultants who were holding co-terminus positions.
