LISTED AboitizPower Corp. has entered Vietnam’s renewable energy (RE) market with its acquisition of a wind power plant there for about $46 million.
In a disclosure on Friday, AboitizPower said its Singapore-based subsidiary AboitizPower International Pte. Ltd. signed an agreement on acquiring 100-percent ownership of Mekong Wind Pte. Ltd. from Armstrong Southeast Asia Clean Energy Fund Pte. Ltd.
