AC Energy Inc. announced on Friday it had launched its first green bonds amounting to $225 million.
In a disclosure, the energy platform of listed Ayala Corp. said its US dollar-denominated senior green bonds had a tenor of five years and a coupon rate of 4.75 percent per annum, and were valued at $99.451 each.
